The Cauvery Hi-Tech Weaving Park which has integrated facilities of Warping, Sizing, Processing, and Weaving is capable of manufacturing 70,000 meters of high quality grey, yarn dyed, dobby, voile, satin, twills, leno fabrics per day with 2 to 8 colours 142 inches width for apparel and home furnishings.

Our state-of-the-art facilities include

• 4 Sizing Units to support high speed shuttle less looms
• 10 Warping Units with the cutting edge technology
• 70,000 meters of various high quality fabrics per day manufactured from shuttle less “Picanol GTX & Somet Thema II E’ Looms
• The park will have a Dedicated Design and Development facility offering a range of specialized forecast, prototypes, fashion and product research
• The entire workforce and entrepreneurs of CHWP are fully trained by the Entrepreneurship Development Cell ( Ministry of Science & Technology, GOI) through SSM College of Engineering
• 24 hours uninterrupted power supply through 3.3 MW Captive Power Plant
• Full fledged integrated activity of sizing, warping & weaving in one campus
• An in-house spare parts & maintenance centre to decrease machine downtime and increase productivity
• 20,000 Sq.Ft common ware house to store raw material and finished goods
• A hygienic, well maintained workers hostel provided with recreation facilities for the work force of CHWP
